Things to know!

There really is nothing sweeter than lasting photos of your little one. They're only little for so long. What better way to capture those adorable first moments than with photographs that you can have and cherish for years to come?

TIPS:

1. RELAX! Newborns take time and patience. I completely expect to stop the sessions for feedings, diaper changes., and occasional snuggles. Again, It is good for you to know that an average newborn session can take anywhere from 1-4 hours, depending on how sleepy your little one is. It is also not uncommon for me and/or my props to get peed/pooped on. It is really okay!!! Believe me, I've got three small children, nothing grosses me out anymore.

 2. Time Frame: The best timeframe to have photos done of your little one is within the first two weeks of their life. While not impossible if they are older, newborns are much more pliable and flexible for different poses when they are under 14 days old. Please plan on contacting me within a day or two after giving birth so I can send you some available dates for the session. *If you have not already had your baby, I will put an ESTIMATED session date on the calendar, once you have your baby, please reach out to me so we can get an actual session date confirmed.

3 . Props- I have everything we need for the session. I have lots of different colors as well. Wraps, backdrops, props, bonnets, sleepy caps, tiebacks, lovies, outfits and more! If there is a family heirloom or a small, special prop that you would like to bring, you are welcome to do so!

4. Heat - My studio space will be very warm. Babies settle better and are able to hold the naked poses much better if they are not chilled. I may have a space heater in use if baby seems unsettled. If we are sweating, it is probably perfect for baby.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please ask! I look so forward to our session together and cannot wait to meet your little one soon!!

5 Studio Space- My studio is a very small space. Due to limited seating, I prefer only one adult present with baby for the time of the session. However, if you have not been cleared to drive or prefer for someone else to be present please reach out to me ahead of time. The Studio address is 7440 Aljean lane, Deer Park, TX, 77536. Or, I can bring the studio to the comfort of your own home at an additional cost.
